ABOUT ME

As the principal attorney and founder of Burke Law, PLLC, I hold myself to a high standard of practice and service when helping my clients. My philosophy is to advocate for others by giving them a voice and educating them on the legal system they are attempting to navigate.
About My Firm and My Approach
I opened my firm with the understanding that the best way to provide traditional legal services in today’s world is by keeping up with modern practice trends and taking a proactive approach. I use legal technology that’s constantly evolving to improve the handling of case matters and keep clients better informed regarding the status of their cases. With my unique approach and extensive experience, you can be assured that you will get the best service and positive experience working with me.
I believe that anyone who wants legal representation should have it, regardless of their financial situation or status.
Using My Experience to Get Results
My interest in law started with a desire to advocate for people. I wanted to be able to delve into their needs and the current issues they are dealing with, and then do my research and advocate on their behalf. To be able to help someone — to truly change their life — that’s what led me to my areas of focus.
My Experience
Working with a national Social Security Disability advocacy group, I traveled throughout the United States representing clients from Massachusetts to Alaska and was recognized for outstanding client advocacy. This experience has largely impacted the way I practice, and now that I have my own law firm, I am able to implement modern technology that many other firms may not take advantage of. My practice is completely dedicated to the handling of Social Security Disability matters.
Personally Invested in Your Success
When I meet with new clients, I am focused on creating a place where you are comfortable talking to me about things that may feel very personal. When it comes to matters like these, communication is key to building a reliable client-attorney relationship. Knowing this, I make it a priority to return my clients’ calls and making sure I am available when they need me.
I love what I do, and I love being of service to others and helping them. It is what brings me back to the office every day: the people I can help.
